I am a diligent Childcare Assistant Director with nearly 13 years of experience in the sector. My recent role has consisted of mentoring staff, creating engaging environments for children, developing curriculum and caring for children in an exceeding childcare facility and importantly overseeing staff and operations to meet Qld requirements and standards. Currently I am studying a Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Teaching. I am looking to further my career and knowledge in the business and further my passion for Kindergarten.

Spending time with my two children aged 7 and 4.

I believe being a mother has made me the educator I am today. While my daughter was in her Kindy year I developed a strong passion for that age group while working alongside an amazing ECT who mentored me and helped me to grow in my knowledge of child development. After working closely with children over the years I began to become curious about the business side of childcare which led me to my current position.
