As a dedicated and compassionate nursing graduate, I am aspiring to begin my career as a Graduate Registered Nurse and build on the clinical skills I developed through my Bachelor of Nursing at Southern Cross University and hands-on experience as an Enrolled Nurse at Estia Health, Robina Rise and Assistant in Nursing at Bolton Clarke, The Terraces. These roles have strengthened my commitment to patient-centred care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement in quality and safety.
I bring strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills, along with a solid understanding of the professional, ethical, and legal responsibilities of nursing practice. I am committed to upholding Gold Coast Health’s values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Engagement by providing safe, person-centred care, acting with professionalism and empathy, and fostering trust within the team and with patients. I strive to contribute positively as part of a multidisciplinary team, while promoting a respectful, collaborative, and high-quality standard of care in everything I do.
