• Following HSR Representative role at Swatch, really got into hands-on safety, attended university for formal qualifications and successfully landed into roles of increased responsibility.
• Supported two manufacturing sites through COVID-19 Pandemic by managing transmission risks, implementing COVID-19 critical controls, and linking employees to health and wellbeing support. Both sites operated with full capacity and no shutdowns or significant injury or illness.
• Led carbon footprint and waste reduction initiatives with Group Environment and Sustainability Lead. Project managers role included cross functional interaction with planning, procurement, engineering, and finance team, drawing up department action plan and long term 2025 and 2050 DuluxGroup Carbon RoadMap.
• Packaging working group chair where I arrange regular meetings with multiple business units to meet the targets of recycled content in all packaging across DuluxGroup and addressing Problematic materials.
• Active member in Wellbeing Expert Working Group, learning and sharing site and business pulse to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for site-based employees.
• Permit to Work trainer at DuluxGroup for all non-routine high risk tasks.
