  • End to end ownership of collectibles and sponsorships for Woolworths Supermarket. This included ideating, creating and delivering Woolworths Lion King Ooshies, the most successful shopper acquisition & retention program in retail in recent times
  • Led the collectibles & sponsorships strategy through the entire business, recommending properties, brands and programs. Providing business cases to EXCO for endorsement and managing implementation through IT, replenishment, commercial, store operations, legal and logistics. Ultimate program accountability.

KEY ACHIEVEMENT

  • Negotiating & implementing the Disney partnership agreement and the implementation of 5 successful collectibles programs that drove commercial benefit & brand advocacy - strategically led end to end through the business autonomously.

  • Managed a team of 4 marketing professionals, resulting in increased productivity and project success rates.


CAREER ACHIEVEMENT


  • Scoping, socialising, building and implementing Fresh Food Kids Discovery program. Over 250,000 children were part of this experience (in 18 months) which drove Woolworths healthy eating credentials and increased NPS for families.
