  • I led the team which included creating a shared vision and plan, optimising the structure, clarifying roles, and fostering stronger teamwork

  • Due to my valued through leadership, I was often played a key role in delivering significant people and strategy related programs
  • Global learning platform to replace 5 legacy systems, eliminating barriers to learning and mitigating business risks
  • Included working with Country learning partners to launch the platform and co-designing the governance model for BAU content management
  • Cultural program for our ANZ Sales and Service org to revolutionise the customer experience and introduce a new Sales & Service op model
  • My role included working with the Commercial LT to co-design a program that cascaded the new vision and model to each team, and designing the National Sales & Service conference
  • Part of a small core team to activate BlueScope’s new global purpose and strategy
  • 150 executives were enabled to champion this via an innovative blended learning program and toolkit

Communications & Engagement Lead (ERP Implementation)

  • Led workforce engagement program to support adoption of new processes and an enterprise platform that provided the foundation for significant productivity and customer experience improvements (replacing 25 systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Approx
  • 1,300 employees and 200 customers were impacted by the change, making this the most complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation in the Southern Hemisphere
  • With other leaders, co-developed the overall workforce change strategy and customer change strategies
  • Delivered a comprehensive workforce engagement program to ensure those impacted (sales, finance and operations workforce) understood the change and what it meant for them
  • Designed and conducted business readiness assessments across the entire business to reduce implementation risks/obstacles
  • Engaged general management to seek their input on the overall change approach and effectiveness, and any major obstacles to address
  • Upskilled 80 leaders to effectively lead the change - 98% of leaders understood what the program was about and 94% felt equipped to have conversations with their teams
  • Ensured minimum disruption to customers and partners during the transition through having a tailored communications and training
  • Workforce engagement resulted in all teams understanding the change – and their direct feedback helped my change team understand any local concerns/needs to be addressed
