• Working with APP program managers to finalise project briefs in line with government funding grants for above mentioned Blacktown Westinvest Projects
• Overseeing of project related elements including risk, program, budget and procurement
• Scheduled and chaired all project related meetings with stakeholders and Consultants
• Development of initial Consultant RFQ packages in line with each project requirements

Project: One Sydney Harbour – R2 tower Retail & Residential Luxury apartment development - 536 Million

• Managed the combined FRP packages relating to structure and waterproofing on site
• Analysed architectural and structural drawings to address RFI's and deliver solutions to subcontractors from architects and engineers prior to site works
• Communicated on a daily basis with subcontractors, site foreman and site managers to ensure works were carried out safely and according to program
• Communication with reinforcement schedulers to ensure schedules were correct, and arrival days/times were booked
• Daily coordination with waterproofing and structural consultants to close out open inspection reports and ITP's
• Completed all concrete pre pours and post pours
• Communicated the delivery program to all relevant subcontractors and booked in key milestones for delivery
• Statused the delivery program fortnightly to ensure milestones were being met
• Coordinated pour dates with the foreman/site team and ensured logistic site logistics was addressed during days of concrete pours

• Reviewed architectural documentation and detailed specifications to develop scope of works for various finishes packages such as joinery
• Finalisation of delineation drawings to minimise future variations/scope gaps
• Combined all required technical data, programs and scope to initiate cost analysis and tender submissions from subcontractors
• Shortlist tender submissions and develop procurement strategy to initiate the tender package for the chosen sub-contractor
• Finalisation of the scope of works and Major works contract capturing cost breakdowns, variations, rates and delivery details

Project: WestConnex New M5 – St Peters Interchange

• Assisting project and senior engineers with the development of site works, arising problems and probable solutions
• Managing structural trades, crack mapping and completing concrete pre pours and post pours
• Creating reinforcement schedules and marking plans for the site team to assist in minimising incorrect deliveries
• Updating and checking Contractor SWMS
