Summary

I am a results-oriented Marine Surveyor based in Sydney, originally from the UK. I migrated to Australia in 2015 and transitioned from a predominantly Property Insurance background working for a Managing General Agent (MGA) with Claims Authority into the world of loss adjusting and into Marine and Transportation. I have discovered a passion for all things Shipping and Cargo. I completed a qualification in Technical Cargo Surveying with the Lloyd's Academy before achieving a Distinction in Marine Surveying in 2022 with the globally recognised Lloyd’s Maritime Academy. I’m looking for a new challenge within the Maritime Insurance Industry in order to continue my professional development.

  • Conducting field and office based assessments of damage to various Cargo commodities
  • Handling all nature of Marine Insurance Claims including: Carriers' Liability, Marine Cargo, Goods in Transit, Freight Forwarders Liability and Stock Throughput.
