As an Account Manager and SEO Specialist at Gordon Digital, I spend my days developing and executing SEO strategies for our clients. This includes but is not limited to, optimising websites to increase traffic and engagement through carefully chosen keyword and intent research.
Creating a content strategy, with the aim of providing a positive user experience and appropriate content, to satisfy user queries. Perform technical, onpage and offpage, ecommerce, and content optimisations with the overall purpose to generate more leads, gain clients or achieve more profit for my clients.
I nurture strong business relationships through our monthly and quarterly reporting that communicates the progress of our client's SEO campaigns and ensure they align with their business and marketing goals.
As an SEO Account Executive, my role was to support our in-house SEO Account Managers whilst learning the specialist and technical skills of SEO.
I assisted with the preparation of comprehensive monthly reports, thus streamlining the process for our Account Managers and ensuring timely and informative communication with our clients.

As the Digital Project Manager, my main responsibility was to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects (mainly website, some design), liaising with our agency's clients and the internal team of a web developer copy writer, and SEO specicialists.
I played a key part in client meetings and building project schedules, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
Secondary to this role, I was also the Key Account Manager. This position was created to help bridget the gap for clients who had multiple services within the business, and wanted one point of contact. I presented Paid and SEO strategies on behalf of the account specialists, created internal tasks (in the form of resource management), and keep the team accountable to deadlines.
