  • I lead a team of 30+ Employee Relations and HR professionals covering more than 50,000 employees based in 15 APAC countries
  • Liaise with other global Regional Heads to ensure best practices and consistency across regions, leading and enabling projects
  • Serve as lead investigator for particularly sensitive, complex, and high risk investigations, including claims of sexual harassment and discrimination
  • Partner on cross-regional investigations
  • Lead and oversee all disciplinary decisions in the Region made in connection with matters originating from all investigative functions including compliance, regulatory, and whistleblowing matters
  • Leverage data analytics and organizational health diagnostics to influence and provide Culture and Conduct insights to senior leaders
  • Members of the regional HR Leadership Team and report to the Regional Head of HR, Asia Pacific and Global Head of Employee Relations
  • Key Achievement: Evolving an employee engagement, culture and conduct operating model that aligns to the lived experience of employees and contributes to organisational culture

  • Serve as lead investigator to conduct internal investigations and prepare investigative documentation as needed related to complaints of unfair or unlawful treatment and/or inappropriate behavior
