

I am a highly motivated individual with over 14 years’ experience working in professional services. I thrive working on meaningful work and am known by my clients and colleagues for being approachable and action focused. Working as part of a team is important to me and I strongly believe in the fundamentals of teamwork, on the job learning and real-time feedback. In my current role I am proud of the positive impact I have made towards enhancing and streamlining the work program used to deliver our client work in addition to the investment and focus I’ve made to upskill individual staff members within my team. I have a track record of working with organisations to achieve positive outcomes by identifying pragmatic process improvement opportunities.
