As part of my role in the Organisational Management Business Support team, where I provide comprehensive support services across procedural, administrative, and operational areas. My role includes managing temporary staff moves for Services Australia, handling Broadband requests, updating position relationships, performing HR refreshes and addressing access issues, taking minutes, chairing meetings, providing updates in team meetings, and liaising with stakeholder management.
One of the aspects I value most about this team is the opportunity to engage with stakeholders and customers. I take pride in offering the most current and accurate information and guiding them through processes and guidelines. My proactive attitude and friendly manner ensure that I always strive to assist wherever possible. I also guide stakeholders and customers to our SharePoint page, helping them locate their needs. Through these interactions, I have built strong relationships, making them comfortable reaching out to me with questions or expressing their appreciation for my efforts.

In this role, I am meeting and talking to different people all the time and organising meetings or scheduling meetings, sometimes at short notice I have built a strong social network in this role, I liaise with Executive Assistants all over the state, and I communicate with other National Managers and Region Managers I have a can-do attitude and I always like to help where I can and learn new things and take on new challenges
