Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and implementation of Coast Guard RTO training activities for the membership of the Werribee flotilla
• Conduct training needs analysis within the flotilla and plan/schedule training activities accordingly
• Participate in the leadership forum as a core member of the executive team, providing advice relating to the training portfolio including regular reporting.

Achievements

• Created Google Site to support membership in better understanding the training requirements. This including providing course mapping information and embedding video content. Commenced new Google Site to cover induction for new members.

Key Responsibilities

• 6 month project to support the research and implementation of the VIFM Workplace Improvement Plan project.
• Assisting the Project Lead with the consolidation of the VIFM training plan and development of a framework of training
• Audit and ensure all training and development programs are captured in the Nexus system.
• Develop communication material to advertise learning opportunities and programs across the VIFM.
• Maintain accurate training records based on current data and reports from Nexus system

Key responsibilities

• Create and populate rosters for clinical staff within Forensic Services, Clinical Forensic Medicine, ensuring minimum staffing levels are maintained to meet service delivery requirements.
• Liaise with medical and nursing staff to organise and facilitate roster changes
• Lead and participate in systems improvements e.g. leading the rollout of the rostering software Deputy

Achievements

• Created robust work instructions for the Graduate Certificate of Forensic Nursing and Midwifery scholarship
• Redesigned the scholarship application form for the Graduate Certificate to better reflect the scholarship requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional services to students and staff within the Monash University Department of Forensic Medicine in accordance with best practice guidelines, policy and procedure.
• Undertake planning and coordination of courses, programs and events, including coordinating attendees, liaising with speakers, organising facilities and other associated tasks.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities including the roll out of upgraded learning management system Moodle.
• Regular reporting including key metrics data reporting for university mandated reporting, as well as collating staff and student feedback and other related reporting activities.

Achievements

• Led and participated in the redesign and rebuild of the Moodle pages for the Monash Master of Forensic Medicine to minimise the number of clicks required to locate key information, and improve the overall user experience.

• Facilitation of in-classroom technical support and soft skills customer service training to staff supporting the European markets.
• Delivering key training initiatives to organisation leadership including leadership training and customer connection training.
• Design, development, and implementation of new training programs, covering both soft skills and technical support skills.
• Liaising with operations management and other key stakeholders to identify training needs and identify areas of opportunity for training.
• Supporting team leadership by providing accurate and timely reporting relating to all training activities.

• Took on a leadership role within the team, providing real-time support for front line staff including problem solving and other supervisory duties.
