Undertake and provide high level advice and support to senior Health Service officers on the assessment and management of complex and sensitive complaints, public interest disclosures, human rights complaints, and any other associated enquiries. Triage, assess, review, endorse and allocate reported breaches of Code of Conduct and/or Corrupt Conduct matters. Provide updates and briefs to relevant Executive and/or other stakeholders. Quality review investigation reports prior to escalation to nominated delegates. Provided high level advice to and communicate and negotiate with the Crime and Corruption Commission, Queensland Police Service, the Office of the Health Ombudsman, Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, Queensland Ombudsman, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders where necessary.
