- Deploy with emergency response teams at an incident; utilising approved rescue techniques, ensuring at all times the safety of the rescuers and bystanders before the rescue takes place. Ensuring all appropriate PPE and PPC is worn and in good condition.
- Assisting in active injury management, ensuring all medical and company documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintaining allocated individual areas of responsibility, ensuring systems are in place to find the most effective cost utilisation and control; work areas are fully functional and fit for purpose.
- Ensuring maintenance, cleanliness and response readiness of all emergency response facilities, vehicles, trailers and equipment, ensuring that all areas are ready to respond.

- My role at leeuwin Estate restaurant included extensive knowledge in the food and wine matching we had in our 6 course Degustation with current and museum wine matching
- With every course we would have to explain all the components of the dish and how the flavors work with the wine; all explain in fine detail the flavors and fragrances of the wine
- Wine knowledge was a very important part in my role but also delivering a 5-class service to every customer, having high levels of customer service and being the face of a very reputable restaurant in Western Australian south West
- Working a large section, providing all the wine service, constant refill of water, being very interactive with the customers, running food, working on the pass in a very busy summer session, learning our seasonal menu changes by heart and knowing all the allergy requirements and ingredients of the dish
- Working big events and functions such as the annual Leeuwin Estate concert with a VIP 7 course degustation, weddings, art exhibitions, Gourmet Escape VIP lunch, canapé service for hundreds of guests, bar service for beer and wine
- Learning all about the wine making, vintage and barrel aging of our wines.

- My role at market Grounds included batching and preparing cocktails from scratch of which included (House made limoncello, Rhubarb Syrup, Hot Buttered Kraken ect.) Preparing garnishes (Dehydrating lemons, mint, rosemary, chopping fresh fruits ect.) Changing kegs, stock ordering, packing and organizing stockrooms and fridges, replenishing stock behind the bar, serving customers in a high speed and massive turn over venue, making cocktails to order, use of glass washer, collecting glasses, general cleaning of the bar and venue, running food and taking food orders, doing catering for functions and weddings, weekly Diageo training on beer, wine and spirits also weekly in-house training with our bar manager.
