  • Lead HR team through 12 months of uncertainty, following globally aligned restructure (70% turnover in the Australian HR team) –recruited new members, and promoted from within, as well as managing NZ and a separate HR/Payroll function from acquisition.
  • Workday improvements - improved termination process, changes driven by legislative change e.g. Super stapling, new entity, review and updating contracts (annualised salaries), raise WACS (change request) to global team for approval, test and communicate changes
  • Payroll project (current) – Scope gathering lead for ANZ to support business case, ANZ lead in Workshops (understanding current state, future state – Workflows between Workday and Payroll). Representative for ANZ on design review board, work with Workday consultants to build out time tracking and leave
  • Service Now (current)– Global system of engagement, gathering information across APAC region, input into global Workbook, and input in global Workshops
  • International transfers, built out process for ANZ– engagement with Finance, APAC Tax implications, understand requirements in EMEA and US
  • Integration of acquisition (170 employees) on to Workday (not payroll), built out processes, engagement plan and training for new managers
  • Built Covid contact tracing process, managed within HR Operations
  • JobKeeper set up with outsourced payroll provider, worked with head of APAC TAX on comms/engagement with business
