  • Provided support to Business Process Outsourcing Team (BPO), Doc Control contract and commercial team to ensure appropriate resolution are agreed prior or during claim approvals. SES, PR and PO.
  • Assisted with month-end processes. business plans, Budgets and cost reports.
  • Built a customized Contract term & Ceiling Report for the team using Power Query.
  • Supported with many other miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks around SAP and Power BI Reporting.
  • Extracted data from various SAP transactions for cost reporting purposes.
  • Collaborated with various departments and team members to guarantee precise and prompt reporting and analysis.
  • Implemented many efficiencies in claim review process, many aspects of reviewing the claims are now automated using power query. It used to be three-persons looking after this space but now it is only me, and it only occupies half of my time.
  • Consolidated the MSC claims which is instrumental for cost tracking, forecasting and decision making.
