Over my 11 years in early childhood education, I've gained invaluable leadership experience working alongside my family at Glenhaven Early Learning Centre. While not in an official director role, I’ve supported daily operations, mentored educators, and contributed to curriculum planning and quality improvements.
I'm passionate about guiding educators to build confidence in their practice and fostering inclusive environments where every child feels a sense of belonging. Collaborating with families and support services to meet children's individual needs is something I take great pride in.
Building strong networks with directors across Sydney and the Mid North Coast has allowed me to share ideas, reflect on best practices, and continuously improve my own approach.
