  • Managing and executing a large and complex portfolio of 20-30 bulk-order domestic, export and cross-trade accounts. Also assisted with Imports when required – FCL, LCL, reefer, bulk & pallet loads - to NZ, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Korea, SE-Asia, India, NZ, USA, UK & EU, Middle East.
  • End-to-end supply chain responsibility – create Purchase Orders (PO’s) and customer profiles, manage all correspondence (email and phone) with traders, suppliers, warehouse, forwarders, freight, shipping and customers and promptly action, book transport, prepare all documentation, organise clearance, compliance and cartage as per contracts/PO’s, proactively track shipments.
  • Working daily on Contracts/PO’s with traders, sales teams and suppliers, located both in Australia and overseas, to provide administrative support, documentation, certificates, reports, discuss issues with stock allocation and volumes, contract fulfilment or delays with supply chain, and adjust PO’s and volumes accordingly.
  • Main point of contact for stakeholders – build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, traders, sales, finance, warehouses, logistics, forwarders, carriers, local and overseas authorities to coordinate complex orders and ensure smooth operations.
  • Planning and scheduling of deliveries – coordinate cartage, liaise with local or OS transport agents, warehouses, suppliers and customers.
  • Stock management using Dynamics 365 - manage and adjust levels, batches, reconciliation, rotation and replenishment of stock to ensure correct allocation and sufficient volumes as per PO/contract/invoices.
  • Optimise storage, transport, shipping and delivery routes – review quotes, find competitive freight, route and shipping alternatives if available, reconfigure loads, change container type or size to maximise space utilisation and lower costs.
  • Expenses management – EOM and landed costings, review shipping lines, transport and warehouses charges, prepare AP & AR financial summaries for Finance Department, prepare invoices in Xero, respond to any queries from Finance Department.
  • Prepare claims of damaged stock or expired stock and issue Credit Notes.
  • Assisted with classification and customs compliance of goods - reviewed and correctly classified all product lines/goods.
  • Dealing with relevant government authorities and ensuring all documentation, permits and licences are valid and comply with latest legislation, and documentation was correctly lodged and archived.

  • Managing a busy portfolio of 25 - 30 client accounts, comprising of 100+ export reefer containers and 12 -16 flights to China per month, as well as domestic orders, including corporate, private label, OEM and customers in SE Asia and China.
  • Responsible for end-to-end supply chain - documentation, process PO’s and issue invoices, applying for permits, customs clearance and compliance, coordinating freight, cartage and load/transport scheduling, data logger monitoring, and debtor management.
  • Main point of contact for all stakeholders – worked closely with customers both local and overseas, factory, forwarders, warehouses, cartage, shipping lines and airlines, BFA and DAFF.
