- Provide assistance to residents during mealtimes, offer food of their choice to maintain nutrition and hydration
- Assisting residents for transferring and mobility as per the mobility care plan such as 4ww, wheelchair, stand up lifter and full body hoist
- Apply compression stockings for residents with oedematous leg condition
- Adherence to infection control protocols through effective hand hygiene and use of PPE when required.
- Reporting of any incident to the RN on duty.
