• Work on leading customer facing project with focus on SAP S4HANA SD (Sales and Distribution) solution portfolio.
• Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
• Working on Problem management and change management process.
• Hands on experience on Product allocation , AATP and condition contracts.
• Working on Sigma specific customized processes and provide accurate solution not to repeat the same issues.
• Coordinate with different teams like Finance and Manufacturing for the integrated related issues.
• Working with ABAP team for the improvements on customized processes.

Project : Goodman fielder Pty ltd

Goodman fielder is a baking company across Australia and New Zealand.
• As an SAP SDLE Consultant, need to work on incidents also work on Interfaces (inbound and outbound), as data flows from non SAP system to SAP
system.
• Having experience in IDOCs , and interface related incidents.
• Preparation of functional specification documents, test scripts, process flow diagrams in SAP Sales and Distribution / Logistics execution areas.
• Preparation of Knowledge management articles and training materials in SAP SDLE areas.
• Working on Problem management , working on permanent fix for the repetitive incidents through Problem ticket.
• Gathering business requirements across business users and get the clarifications in case of any queries also explain the benefits to business in implementing the change

Project : DAMCO

DAMCO is part of MAERSK, which is the biggest container in the world.
• It mainly depends on interfaces (Inbound and Outbound) as data flows from legacy system to SAP (inbound) and again data flows from SAP to down line systems.
• Responsibilities:.
• Working with Business users to formulate and document business requirements.
• Get the confirmation from the business on the prepared document before starting implementing the changes.
• Identifying the problematic areas and explain to Business people in implementing the advantages, start fixing the issues on the same.
• Preparing the documents for the repetitive issues and handover the knowledge to internal team and clarify the doubts in case of any.
• Align with Technical team for the change management process where ever program changes involved, and involving in change process.
• Perform end to end testing on the process , also acquire UAT form the business to deploy the changes to production.
• Having Knowledge on ABAP , worked on Invoice form changes by aligning with Technical team.
• Also worked on Smart forms to make changes in invoice output.

Project : Adidas

Adidas is using AFS functionality for making their business worldwide. We support three different regions EMEA , APAC and U.S regions.
• Adidas uses AFS (Apparel and Footwear System).
• AFS uses Concept called ARUN (Allocation RUN) which is a mandatory pre requisite step to create the delivery of a sales order.
• Sales order must be allocated to create the delivery.
• ARUN uses different parameters like customer group, release strategy to assign the stock.
• Worked under different topics like credit management ,sales order processing and Outbound delivery process.
• We do RCA (Root cause Analysis) for the support incidents. This will help to reduce the number of incidents raised for the same issue repeatedly.
• RCA can be done towards the permanent fix for the incidents.
• I prepared the SAD(System Appreciation document) documents also for the topics which we have got KT from the Client.

Project : BASF

BASF is the largest chemical company in the world. The company's objective is to provide high quality chemicals in low price. They are planning to global way, so they
have already opened marketing office in U.S.A

• This project is mainly based on the IDOC (Intermediate document) and batch jobs.
• Working on transfer orders , Picking and material documents .
• Defined and Assigned Shipping conditions , Loading Groups and plants for Shipping
Point Determination based on the customer requirements.
• Checking the route determination and created condition record if necessary.
• Worked on several issues in the pricing procedure and invoices.
• Understanding Business Process Requirements.
• Handling ticket issues day by day basis .
• Also aware of technical concepts like debugging , IDOCs etc.
