With over 10 years’ experience in customer service-based positions and 2 years of management, I consider delivering warm and respectful communication a talent of mine. I take great pride in my ability to build positive relationships, demonstrated through repeat customers and building rapport in the community of my workplace. I have developed high office management skills and a flexible attitude to the re-prioritization of tasks. This includes being mindful of my routine responsibilities, whilst working collaboratively with higher management to efficiently prepare for and act on tasks as they arise. I have direct experience with Microsoft 365 suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. As well as experience with MYOB Account Right. Possessing a ‘can do’ attitude I feel confident learning and adapting to any new programs. I am available full-time for an immediate start.
