· The MJs is a group of local Malvern women who run various fundraising events to support different causes such as a women's refuge, a school for children with disability, emergency food parcels, and medical equipment for hospitals in need

· My role with the group over several years has included:

o Go out on the bus through the Melbourne CBD on a Sunday night to distribute these much-needed items to the homeless – engaging them in friendly conversation, establishing what they need and locating appropriate items as best I can
