Enterprise Release & Environments Manager — Delivery Transformation

• Define and embed enterprise release and environments standards across a SAFe ART, improving delivery predictability and reducing release-related incidents across multiple delivery teams
• Own test environment and data management strategy, establishing data provisioning frameworks, refresh cycles and environment availability standards that reduce setup time and unblock sprint delivery
• Lead and mentor a mid-size team of Release & Environments professionals, including a dedicated Release & Environments Lead, driving capability uplift and consistent practice across the delivery organization
• Own change management standards within an ART delivery model, ensuring governance, traceability and audit readiness across all change and release events
• Manage vendor relationships for environment tooling and third-party services, overseeing SLAs, performance and commercial value delivery
• Partner with product owners, platform teams and delivery leads to align release schedules with ART PI planning cycles, reducing environment conflicts and improving release flow
• Drive continuous improvement across the change, release and environments function — identifying gaps in process maturity and implementing targeted standards to address them
• Act as the escalation point for environment availability, change governance and release risk across the ART, ensuring issues are resolved without compromising sprint commitments

Over the past 3–5 years I have built and scaled the standards, processes and team capability that underpin high-quality software delivery across complex, multi-team environments. My work sits at the intersection of governance and agility — ensuring that release rigor and change control don't slow delivery down, but rather give teams the confidence to move faster.

I currently lead a team of Release & Environments professionals, owning:

• Change management standards — governance, traceability and audit-readiness across all release events within an ART delivery model
• Release & environments standards — enterprise-wide frameworks that reduce release risk and improve delivery predictability across teams
• Test environment & data management — end-to-end strategy for environment availability, data provisioning and refresh cycles that unblock sprint delivery
• Vendor management — commercial and operational oversight of environment tooling and third-party service providers

• Managing Delivery of 7 Squads within Digital Engineering
• Analyzing the Roadmap for each Quarter and working with Product Owners and Scrum masters of each squad (as a part of Quarterly Big Room Planning) on the prioritization of Delivery and Managing the Delivery end to end from scope closure to change closure in Service Now
• Working on Digital front end web and App along with checkin and booking engine platforms (each form a separate squads within Digital Engineering)
• Aligning Multiple vendors (Resource Management and bandwidth allocation) in terms of Development and Testing (separate vendors for dev and test)
• Managing of 40+ Resources under testing and development (Managed Services) covering Resource allocation,SLA maintenance, KPI's, quality of deliveries (TCR's in terms of testing)
• Management of Managed Services work load for resources via JIRA (along with separate JIRA dashboards for each squads)
• Monthly and weekly connects with the service partners on the key delivery and action items in terms of work load management, resource movements and additional of new resources in areas such as BAU, Squads and Projects.
• SoW and CR review and management for any new addition or removal of resources.
• Monthly Governance updates on the key deliverables handled in each sprint and reporting to Head of Technology(Digital Engineering).
• Managing Cross functional delivery updates on Integration and Data platforms and has been a single point of contact from Delivery front.
• Running PCR's for failed changes, Risk Register Management and updates, Quarterly and Monthly Business connects and reviews in terms of quality of delivery and lessons learnt.
• Working with Agile CoE on the best practices that can be implemented within the Managed Services.
• Hands-on Knowledge on JIRA,Confluence,Service Now and Lucid Spark and portfolios such as Digital, Integration and Data Platforms
• Managing 3 vendors within the Organization under Digital Engineering.

• Measuring of release cadence and effectiveness using common metrics across the entire software portfolio, this is achieved with the help of Release Management Framework where in Registered Projects and portfolios need to comply with the stagegate timelines.
• Facilitate cross-department coordination of release management functions by analyzing the conflicts and Dependencies Forecast demand for release resources and identify opportunities for greater efficiency across the enterprise.
• Portfolio and Project Release Manager: Collaborated with software development project departments to align engineering efforts towards prescribed release schedule deadlines.
• Responded to emergent issues in production releases to quickly iterate and remediate weaknesses in subsequent releases.
• Align Release registrations with Enterprise Release Dates and communicate across Release Managers to Resolve conflicts and Dependencies
