I specialize in making enterprise delivery faster, safer and more predictable — through disciplined change management, release governance and test environment strategy embedded within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) model with Hands-on implementation and run.

  • Own test environment and data management strategy, establishing data provisioning frameworks, refresh cycles and environment availability standards that reduce setup time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Lead and mentor a mid-size team of Release & Environments professionals, including a dedicated Release & Environments Lead, driving capability uplift and consistent practice across the delivery organization
  • Own change management standards within an ART delivery model, ensuring governance, traceability and audit readiness across all change and release events
  • Manage vendor relationships for environment tooling and third-party services, overseeing SLAs, performance and commercial value delivery
  • Partner with product owners, platform teams and delivery leads to align release schedules with ART PI planning cycles, reducing environment conflicts and improving release flow
  • Drive continuous improvement across the change, release and environments function — identifying gaps in process maturity and implementing targeted standards to address them
  • Act as the escalation point for environment availability, change governance and release risk across the ART, ensuring issues are resolved without compromising sprint commitments

  • Change management standards — governance, traceability and audit-readiness across all release events within an ART delivery model
  • Release & environments standards — enterprise-wide frameworks that reduce release risk and improve delivery predictability across teams
  • Test environment & data management — end-to-end strategy for environment availability, data provisioning and refresh cycles that unblock sprint delivery
  • Vendor management — commercial and operational oversight of environment tooling and third-party service providers

  • Managing Delivery of 7 Squads within Digital Engineering
  • Analyzing the Roadmap for each Quarter and working with Product Owners and Scrum masters of each squad (as a part of Quarterly Big Room Planning) on the prioritization of Delivery and Managing the Delivery end to end from scope closure to change closure in Service Now

  • Managing Cross functional delivery updates on Integration and Data platforms and has been a single point of contact from Delivery front.
  • Running PCR's for failed changes, Risk Register Management and updates, Quarterly and Monthly Business connects and reviews in terms of quality of delivery and lessons learnt.
  • Working with Agile CoE on the best practices that can be implemented within the Managed Services.
  • Hands-on Knowledge on JIRA,Confluence,Service Now and Lucid Spark and portfolios such as Digital, Integration and Data Platforms
