• Creating detailed test cases and test scripts, covering all aspects of Salesforce functionality, including customizations, workflows rules, integrations, Process Builder, Flows and Validation Rules, Experience cloud , Omni Studio and PSS applications
• Creating test effort and test estimation for the sprints.
• Document and communicate Quality Metric and Test Summary reports, test cases and results to diverse audiences.
• Develop and execute test case scenarios for new or evolving features across web applications and perform walkthrough and reviews with Business Analyst and Development team.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, Business Analysts, Salesforce admin and Development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Participates in software design reviews to ensure structure, traceability, and coverage of requirements.
• Payment related testing in Salesforce

• Monitor and raising Defects in defect‑tracking tool using JIRA tool.
• Extensively performed Sanity, Smoke , System Integration, Regression and UAT testing in Salesforce internal and external applications.
• Work with UAT teams to validate the critical issues defects in the software products deployed in a production environment.

• Preparation of test scripts in ALM tool (Quality Center) and running the same.
• Creating and managing dashboards in JIRA for visibility of larger audience.
