Advising prospective clients about various property options and assisting them towards a logical
decision making that involves the following activities:-
Interacting with clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Suggesting properties that are compatible with buyer’s needs and financial resources.
Conducting site visits & accompanying clients during the site visits. Giving live
demonstration, showing & explaining the features of all the products.
Fixing up the appointments with the prospects to show different properties like: -
Residential properties (Apartments, Independent floor’s, Villa’s, Plots), Commercial
properties (shops, Booths, SCO, SCF), Industrial properties, School Sites, Dispensary
sites etc.
Comparing a property with similar properties that have recently sold for determining its
competitive market price.
Performing the negotiation part.
Advising & convincing them to acquire appropriate properties.
Marketing activities:-Since the quarterly sales targets have to be met therefore the following
marketing activities are done to boost the sales:-
Planning of advertisement & sales promotional messages in outdoor media, print media
and electronic media.
Promote sales through advertisements, Exhibitions, Seminars, corporate visits and
participation in multiple listing services.
Various promotional schemes are planned and communicated during various festive
seasons such as- Diwali, Xmas and New Year.
Documentation:-
The clients are assisted in documentation that involves filling application forms, Sale
agreements, Allotment Letters, Payment Plans, leases overseeing of documents, signing
of other documents related to closer etc.
Coordinating property closings, disbursement of funds, Physical Possessions and registry
of the properties.
Also weekly sales reports are prepared highlighting the number of properties sold,
revenue generated and expenditure incurred on sales promotional activities.
Achievement of sales target: - Various activities are undertaken that are conductive towards the
achievement of targets. These activities are as under: -
Assisting & aiding the prospective clients towards logical decision making.
Handling the entire corporates in the city.
Developing new property dealer networks and generating business from existing property
dealers.
Relationship management to maintain the existing clients & generate future leads their
existing clients.
Team work: - Since the targets are given collectively therefore at times the team members across
others verticals also had to be assisted in generation of sales revenues especially during new
project launches.
