wastewater management at the university Purify the water by eliminating all contaminants and restoring its usability. We took a sample of water from the Tapi River, and the industrial pollution is rather high. To get rid of the strange odour, we added some chlorine and alum, a coagulant that works well with water. Following that, a flocculation and sedimentation procedure is required for the water to undergo filtration to remove heavy particles. We added disinfectant to the wastewater to get rid of the many microbes in the water. In the end, with the assistance of our professor, we were able to maintain the pH level, BOD level, and COD level while also using more chemicals.
