My responsibilities as a leader include: fundraising (over $500), public speaking, social media promotion and management, being a point-of-call for volunteers whilst on camp, changing incontinence pads, assistance with meals and personalised care for each child based on their needs, participating in activities and building report with the children, collaborating with my fellow leaders on situation management, organising events and volunteer bonding workshops.
