In my current position my task include confirming all bookings for the next coming day, replying and sending emails to customers and emailing suppliers to get prices on air-con parts so I can do a itemised quote up for the customer.
Answering phone calls is also a common task, fulfilling customer needs and booking them in for either a quote, a repair or a service on there air-con and deciding which technician the job best fits, while ensuring my technicians are driving the easiest route possible and not having to back track.
I am also in charge of sending out invoices, ensuring all billing adds up, chasing customers for payment and sending review messages when the job is completed and paid.
Cleaning the office to ensure when customers walk in everything looks as tidy as possible. These cleaning tasks include vacuuming, doing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, wiping down desks including the managers and bosses office.
Once a week I also do the office top up, whatever the office is needing such as dish washing liquid, toilet paper, office snacks etc I go out and get.
