Responsibilities include the coordination, planning and delivery of ancillary services and events, and supporting the Lead to enhance the workplace and employee experience.

As part of the 18 month Graduate Program, I explored customer needs at strategic, tactical and operational levels and developed a sound understanding of the key business tools used to meet our customer challenges. I rotated through a number of key contracts including Melbourne Airport and Northern Health, as well as essential support functions such as People & Culture.
My duties included managing the recruitment system and overseeing client projects, ensuring these were delivered to an exceptional standard on a day-to-day basis.
My role incorporated data analysis to ensure participants for client projects are organic and on-specification as per the client brief. I also engaged in developing strong client relationships whilst ensuring their needs were met.
Working in Swinburne University as an FSE officer, I received enquiries from incoming students, parents, as well as general members of the public.
This role included answering inbound phone enquiries regarding course advice, enrolment, campus information and university offers. There were also outbound calls made to students regarding application assistance, enrolment and offer acceptance.
An FSE Officer role requires sound communication skills including proficient phone manner, strong listening skills and a solid understanding of the prospective student's needs.
