The role of mentoring junior technicians by good communication, has boosted our team productivity and lead to professional growth.

My role at SWOT is to work as part of a team however, the role also requires me to work independently and be adaptable to make decisions at any given time as required.

There is always the need for professional learning in this work environment to ensure the most current Australian Standards are utilised and adhered to.

A large part of my role is customer service based, therefore my good communications skills are essential.

I would have liked to become a train driver when I was younger, unfortunately life took me down another path.

At this time the opportunity has presented itself, so I am applying with the hope of becoming a train driver.
