- Construction and Defects Manager for the Essentia Town home Development $40m project
- 74 Town homes with 4 Bedrooms with premium inclusions
- Also involved with preliminary start to Norwest Quarter Luxury apartments with a twelve storey and twenty-three storey development
- First point of contact with the Principal Contractor with weekly attendance for safety and construction program management
- Attend PCG monthly and hold builders to account on construction program and close out all health and safety issues identified during inspections
- This also took in Quality control and managed by Procore and DLP Defect Management
- Managed defects and quality control management with DLP Defect management software program and have rectification remedied in a timely manner
- This software integrated Client, Builder, Trades, and purchaser to manage all defects to completion
- Completed forty-five of the 74 Town homes in November 2023
- Started at the beginning of COVID 19 in June 2021 and micromanaged the Builder to completion
- A test for all companies in Australia
- Negotiated successful outcomes with three clients who logged complaints with NCAT and organised trades to complete defects that had historical delays

- Manage contractors to complete town homes and community centre for a gated community of 100 dwellings
- Site management of Contractors for the Builder
- This entailed Site management and managing trades for construction to complete the project of 40 homes and the community centre to completion for the client Stockland
- Responsible for WHSE during completion of final 40 homes and quality control in the Elara community centre and completion of defects utilising Aconex Field
- Inductions and safety talks were part of site requirements as and when required

- WHSE was always a high priority ensuring trades were compliant with the use of scaffolding and platform ladders in the preliminary stages of construction
- Monthly audits were mandatory with a third-party company engaged by Hutchinson’s and a good safety record was maintained throughout the project
- Quality checks were maintained and managed with Aconex Field throughout this project

- As Senior Site Manager I was responsible for all WHSE requirements including inductions of workers and contractors, WHS requirements, SWMS, and insurance compliance by subcontractors
- Site safety was paramount, and a team of foremen assisted with the process
- Site diaries and progress were recorded daily
- Continuous managing of contractors to manage the contract program with the PM created a good team structure with results that let us complete in 12 months
- Quality control was monitored and managed by Aconex Field on two of these projects

- ARV was completed on time and on budget for 30 Villas
- Atlantic Boulevard, Glenfield was completed in 12 months

- As Senior Site Manager I covered all WHSE reporting requirements for the site team of 8 staff, and up to 100 workers on the site daily
- Monitored and reported to General Manager on the construction program
- Attended all site meetings and inspections with the client and PCGs
- Also covered all quality control measures and implemented site talks with trades to ensure methods and best practice were followed
- Worked directly with Menai Civil and utility suppliers AGL and Integral to complete infrastructure and stay ahead of program
- Ran project like a production line to maintain program and bring the project to completion
- Quality and finishes were managed with Aconex Field throughout this project by the entire team onsite
