- Started my time at Rain City Ind. in 2007 at 20 years old as a labourer. Assisting in the paint shop and other areas of the factory. Including packing complex orders.
- Started my Apprenticeship in Cabinet & Furniture Making January 2008. Completed in 2012.
- During that time, outside of gaining the skills to become a Cabinet Maker. I spent extensive time using Microvellum (autoCAD based design software). Woodtron CNC, Holzer Edgebander, Altendorf Panel Saws.
- 2012 - 2019 I was a on-site installer and leading hand. Leading installation teams to complete full shop and display installations.
- Working directly with clients and key stakeholders to achieve the desired design outcomes.
- 2019 I stepped into a Project Manager role. Using the relationships I had developed during the time spent on site. I was able work directly with key stakeholders and builders to develop key plans to achieve the key objectives.
- Developed comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and budget requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Pricing variations within the projects scope to assist in achieving the results for the client and stakeholders.
