• I’d just like to mention to you that Scott Hanrahan has been a great help a few times as working as SSWC when I’ve been in team Olsen. I had a few different moves to do at Fish tonight and being a little rusty with the different shunting Scott was happy to come over and confirm the plan was correct. He even pointed out a better way to do it which made it less complicated.
• Over the last few months Scott has always been terrific with his time when I’ve questioned train notices for TA’s. He’s always willing to help and you never feel like a dumbass asking a question.

• This week I visited the Miriam Vale, Bundaberg and Baddow depots. One of the things I always do is ask the teams if they have any feedback, they would like to pass on about our service delivery to them, either good or bad. The comments I received this trip were that there is no one on the Far North that they had issue with, but they did name some of you that they felt go above and beyond to assist them or that have a calm, friendly demeanor despite whatever is going on. To that end, I think you should be publicly recognised. Thank you to everyone for your consistent efforts, but on this occasion, particular thanks to Nikki Neuendorf, Jordan Barron, Brian Boland, Scott Hanrahan, Kurt Taylor and Matt Taylor. I think that I should also highlight that Nikki and Kurt were called out at all three depots.
