Throughout nearly two decades, I have been extensively involved in various aspects of public events with our company H.S. Hospitality Services. My experience encompasses roles such as event manager and bar manager for the Barossa Under the Stars event, as well as a longstanding tenure at ADOTG, collaborating with industry leaders like Peter Darwin and Flashpoint Events. I have demonstrated my ability to oversee and manage staff as the Area Manager for Hospitality Services with the South Australia Tourism Commission, particularly during high-profile events like the Clipsal and Adelaide 500. Over the years, I have contributed significantly to event operations and site management, culminating in my appointment as the Production Manager in 2019. In 2020, I assumed the role of Concert Site Manager at the Adelaide 500 for Eventwise, further showcasing my leadership and supervision skills in the dynamic field of event management.

As the Manager at Barossa Weintal Resort, I spearheaded the comprehensive management of diverse operations, ensuring the seamless integration of restaurants, functions, weddings, conferences, accommodation, bars, a bottleshop, and gaming machines.
