  • Providing BAU support for their PAM capability (BeyondTrust Password Safe and PRA).


Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources - MIM Review

  • Review of the current/legacy identity solution (Microsoft Identity Manager) in DISR to determine the suitability of the tool as the enterprise IAM tool moving forward.




Red Cross Lifeblood - IAM Data Insights

  • Deployment of IAM data insights tool, Apporetum, into Red Cross, correlating data from AD, DevOps, Entra and other applications to report on the health of the IAM data in Lifeblood.


Cenitex - VicGov CIAM

  • Deployment and configuration of Entra External ID, Apporetum and bespoke RTO User Manager (RUM) for the whole of Victoria Government CIAM capability released in May 2024.
  • Configuring Sign-in and Sign-up flows, application registrations in Entra ID for all relying applications, customisation of the solution in alignment with Cenitex's branding.
  • Deployment and configuration of Apporetum for all of the delegated access management.
  • Conducted testing, writing test cases and user guides for the 3-pronged CIAM solution.
  • Facilitated knowledge transfer and provided training across various technical sustainment teams spanning Cenitex and DJSIR, with continued support into Hypercare period.
