As a Offshore Field Service Technician, working on many drill rigs, ensuring well testing activities were executed smoothly around the North West of Australia. Also on the Pluto LNG plant in Karratha during construction.

My role was to instal, operate and maintain air compressors, steam generators, steam heat exchangers, nitrogen production units, sand filters, coflexip hoses and air treatment ancillaries to ensure the companies timelines were met safely.

• Installation and Setup: Assist with installing new compressed air systems, including compressors, dryers, filters, and piping. They ensure everything is properly connected and functioning efficiently.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on compressors, dryers, filters, and other system components. This may involve changing oil and filters, inspecting parts for wear and tear, and making adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose problems with malfunctioning compressed air systems. They use their knowledge and specialized tools to identify the cause of issues like pressure loss, leaks, or equipment failure. They then perform repairs or recommend replacements for faulty parts.
