I collected and delivered fencing equipment around the north west of England and Midlands to various building sites and used a hiab to lift the fencing equipment on and off the vehicle. I took pride in building and preserving trusting relationships with our clients and implemented positive change within the business, always putting customer service first.

As a plant machinery operator, I drove an Articulated Dump Truck weighing up to 40 tonnes, moving sand and stone materials around building sites and quarries as required, applying safe work practices and adhering to strick plant safety procedures, rules, and regulations. I maintained a high standard of vehicle and plant maintenance for safety and performance purposes.

I gained experience driving an eight wheeler used for rollonoff skips and a smaller chain wagon for smaller jobs, during my time here I collected, delivered and exchanged skips on a day to day basis, transferring waste to the appropriate waste management facilities. Maintaining strong relationships with our customer base I would often offer recommendations regarding sizes of skips to suit their requirements. I thrived on working effectively in this fast-paced environment.

Working as an all-rounder in a customer focused, fast paced hospitality establishment. I handled cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper accounting of daily sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing good quality food and beverages along with prompt and friendly customer service.

In this role I took responsibility of arranging and delivering packages to customer homes and business establishments. I completed on-time deliveries by choosing the best and most efficient routes with a focus on improving customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. I carried out daily vehicle maintenance checks to ensure quality vehicle performance adhering to safety procedures.
