ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• Delivery of construction documentation package for clinical areas such as Perioperative Theatres, Neonatal ICU, BOH and refurbishment works.
• Work collaboratively with both clinical and services team leaders to complete both new built and refurbishment areas
• Completed RCP coordination and construction documentation package.
• Intermediate involvement in applying and consolidating data using drofus and Australasian Health Facilities Guidelines (AusHFG).
• Completed design process with stakeholders and submitted tender documentation for Griffith University Teaching & learning Space.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• Plan, update and review drawing for Archibus database with prioritised timeframe given.
• Develop technical and graphical drawing for data reporting using space database software and data visualisation software.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholder in Faculty of Art and School of Engineering to complete university occupancy rate data reports.
• Production and review of campus maps & plans for Signage & Wayfinding. Coordination with internal marketing and external graphic designer team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• A team member of 30-people health team (internal + external team)
• Delivery of 40% documentation package for Design Development, infrastructure and main works with an understanding of the project life cycle and development of documentation programme.
• Work collaboratively with team leaders and tier 1 contractor to deliver early works user sign-off package.
• Intermediate involvement in applying and consolidating data using drofus and Australasian Health Facilities Guidelines (AusHFG)
• Completed BOH mortuary and main kitchen RCP coordination for Early Works package.
• Assist preparation of SSDA report, staging diagram and facade design finalisation for pathology building DA submission.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• 2IC and team member managing concept design, DA, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
• Local authorities’ consultation to review planning & development.
• Liaise with services consultants and material suppliers to resolve technical issues arising during design and construction stages.
• Attend site meeting and inspection with director and/or senior architects, prepare and issue meeting minutes, assist to respond to site issues after discussion with project.
• Assisting director to prepare report for tendering assessment, consultant and contractor selection, prepare paperwork for contract selection as contract administrator on behalf of client.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with Perkins + Wills (US) on schematic design master planning of Campus for Research Excellence and Technology Enterprise (C.R.E.A.T.E), supporting the team to complete documentations at various stages.
• Assisting project architect in materials selection, attending site inspection and site meeting, preparing and distributing meeting minutes site memos.
