I am responsible for enrolling potential students in the right course based on their desired career outcomes. My role involves contacting a large number of students via phone and email each day, to build up clientele and monthly sales.

Description/Targets:

  • Contacting students that have filled out enquiry forms to close the sale and get them into their course.
  • Achieve monthly enrolment targets based on the volume of student enquires.
  • Maintain notes in the student relationship management system.
  • Maintain quality benchmarks during your student interactions, i.e. have fantastic, motivating conversations with potential students, and enrol them in the course that is best suited.
