  • Overriding commitment to the health and safety of the Mine Geology team and our stakeholders via the WAIO HSE Management System (including as Control Owner for Airborne Carcinogens)
  • Accountable for leading and enabling a team of Geoscientists to deliver accurate geological information to stakeholders throughout the WAIO Supply Chain (via execution of drilling and sampling, pit mapping, geological estimation and modelling and reconciliation)
  • Delivery and review of key inputs into the Mine Planning cycles to mitigate risks associated with grade variability and material handling while maximising the recovery of our ore bodies
  • Utilising and role modelling the BOS practices, tools and behaviours to support continuous improvement with a focus on identifying and executing improvements that drive cost reduction and higher price realisation for our products
