TAFE NSW Head Teacher is responsible for providing educational leadership in the delivery of high-quality training programs to industry within the Heavy Automotive delivery team at Wetherill Park, NSW. During this role, I was responsible for overseeing the teaching teams (24 teachers and 5 support staff), ensuring compliance with TAFE NSW policies and federal education policies, and fostering strong engagement with industry, students, and the wider community.
