Sean Marshall

Served as a referee to a range of age groups from U13 to U16 aswell as in small sided competitions for U8 players. Completed my referee course at the beginning of 2022 and served till the end of the 2023 season.

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of football rules, applying them consistently throughout each match.
• Built trust among players, coaches, and spectators by demonstrating professionalism and integrity in every game situation.

Assisted in various roles in the preservation of the local Lake Claremont area alongside other volunteers. This included jobs such as mulching, weeding and building enclosures and water stations for native species. This included spending every Friday afternoon helping out with this initiative.

• Inspired positive change within the community by identifying areas of need and proactively working towards solutions with other dedicated volunteers.
