This has been a varied, my primary duties have been overseeing the
arrears process for the organisation, providing reports for
management and attending NCAT for complex tenancy and arrears
issues. I also assist Housing Managers with their workload by
providing advice and assisting them with complex tenancies.
This role primarily involves overseeing housing co-operatives ensuring
they are managing their properties effectively, meeting all required
obligations and providing tenancy management guidance.
Managing all facets of tenancy management
This position seen me completely manage all facets of a multi-million dollar business. I turned the business from producing consecutive
losses into profit. I laid the ground work and implemented
strategies, business partnerships and financial plans that saw the
business receive a net profit in excess of a $2 million dollars the following year.
This position I was primarily a Senior Client Service Officer, I would also
act as Team Leader on regular intervals for periods of time. I would
primarily deal with deal complex issues, overseeing staff, dealing with
stake holders and the management of assets. I would regularly deal
with people and from various cultural backgrounds and worked closely
with the Indigenous community.
