I am an enthusiastic community volunteer who can provide exceptional assistance to organisations and fundraising efforts. I am highly motivated and professional, qualities that serve me well in both my professional and personal lives. Many people, including coaches, friends, and family members, have commented on how highly motivated I am. As a result, I have been able to assist others in a variety of situations, including volunteering, events, and even personal problems. I am currently playing tennis, and it has helped me learn how to keep my emotions under control both on the court and in other aspects of my life. On a daily basis, I am capable of juggling multiple responsibilities. I have gained experience working both independently and collaboratively through my volunteer work.
During the time that I worked here, I was responsible for helping to organise files, assisting customers, and providing my assistants with as much as I was able to. I gained experience in working with other people, managing payments, and learning the highs and lows of working in a busy business.
The Outreach Op-shop was a charity that helped underprivileged children in Uganda, Africa. Volunteers from the shop would travel to Uganda to spend time with the children and get a feel for daily life there before bringing supplies like school supplies and beds to those in need.
I have been educated with homeschooling for the past three years, and during that time, I have learned how to organise my time effectively, take control of situations, and be independent.
During my time at this school, I was selected by my class to serve on the Student Representative Council (SRC) as a representative for my class. I was an advocate for the student body in my role as a member of SRC. This indicates that I would offer assistance with events held by the school by either arriving early to help set up or coming up with ideas for the events. Additionally, I would be expected to bring up any concerns that students may have and come up with a solution to the problem or a compromise.
