As a Supervisor in BoRack I have to be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of the site installation of a project. This is supported by the Construction Manager who assist me to complete your tasks in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning, Coordination, and Control:

· Develop and implement comprehensive project plans in conjunction with the relevant Construction Manager, including; Project timeline, crew requirement, MHE requirement and installation sequencing.

· Maintain the Project timeline: Ensure that the project progress adheres to the agreed project timeline. Report daily on the project progress. Identify time saving opportunities and implement to opportunities.

2. Team Leadership: Motivate the team and hold them accountable for meeting daily goals, hold daily toolbox talks and clearly communicate the goals for the day to the crew, provide clear direction, guidance, and support to crew, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure that the crew is aware of the installation requirements for the brand of racking being installed.

3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the racking is installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the drawings provided by the supplier. Do a walkthrough at the end of each day and check the quality of the installation against the guidelines of BoRack. Actively seek out quality improvement suggestions and bring the suggestions to the attention of BoRack management for implementation in the Quality Assurance system.

4. Safety Compliance: Ensure that the site is tidy, and rubbish are placed in the designated area / bin. Ensure that site Crew wears the correct PPE as per BoRack Standards. Actively search for improvements to site safety and bring it to the attention of the site supervisor. Record and report any safety breaches using the appropriate channels. Ensure that Toolbox Talks are held daily and attended by all site crew in accordance with BoRack Standards. Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and BoRack Standards.

5. Communication: Clearly communicate the daily goals to the crew and assign tasks to each crew member. Communicate all site requirements and changes with the Construction Manager in real time (without delay). Use Connect as the primary communication channel, however all urgent communication such as a serios injury should be communicated by phone and followed up by Connect. Inform the relevant Operations Manager in advance of changes to ME, additional requirement or reduction in requirement.

6. Cost Saving: Identify opportunities for cost savings and bring this to the attention of the management of BoRack.

7. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the project timeline or budget. Collaborate with Construction Manager and site crew to develop and implement effective solutions to site issues.

• Accurately picking, packing and wrapping for customer (internal and external) orders onto pallets
• Loading and unloading of containers
• Delivery driver.

As a Business Developer, I have to be in charge of identifying opportunities and generating proposals or offers (recommendations for the application of products and solutions in client processes) that allow us to add value to our clients by improving their indicators, based on the integration of; Knowledge of the client's business (business in which they are dedicated), Knowledge of the client's Processes / their KPIs indicators, Regulatory regulations, Risk management, Knowledge of Experian products and solutions

· Features; Deepen knowledge of the client (business in which they are dedicated (vertical), current and future strategy, knowledge of how their processes work), Detailed and technical knowledge of Experian products and Solutions. Identify opportunities in clients by crossing knowledge in Solutions and products vs. Client Knowledge. Quantify the impact of Experian solutions on clients against their results (and indicators). Map opportunities and track the implementation of Experian solutions. Develop the proposals/offers and complete the approval matrix processes. Demonstrate the value contribution of our solutions in the results and indicators of our clients. Participate in periodic visits to customers to identify new opportunities for our products and solutions. Identify opportunities in the assigned client portfolio that allow supporting budget compliance

· Technical knowledge; Advanced Excel and Financial Mathematics. Handling effective PowerPoint presentations. Understanding of Statistics (Inferential and Descriptive) and its application to Credit, fraud and ML/TF risk. Knowledge of current regulations applied through international standards and adopted by control entities for risk-based control and supervision. Technical and Fundamental Analysis of Credit Risk. Mastery of statistical applications such as R, Knime SPSS or similar, understanding of programming language for the creation and administration of statistical models. Analysis of economic behaviour and risk by different groups (Sectors, cities, segments, etc.).

Manage and validate the execution of the administrative and commercial budget, information with which reports are generated.
Generate financial and statistical reports for company management committees.
Carry out counterbalance to settlements of incentives to external and internal clients
Obtaining business information to present in steering committees.
Administration and management of the branch's petty cash.
Control and manage the payment of supplier invoices, generally company expenses.

requests generated by them.

Guarantee that the assigned bidding processes were developed from start to finish end with dedication, care, commitment, thoroughness and detail. Likewise, ensure that bidding processes are carried out based on the state contracting regime current, given that this is a determining factor in the day-to-day work exercise. Operational and technical manager of the assigned process, registration of the company before the entity to enable it, coordinate a Risk Inspection visit, request the missing information to the entity and that serves to determine our participation, coordinate attendance at public hearings within the bidding process, coordinate with the technical commercial units the achievement of certifications that guarantee the proper development of the processes, documentary preparation - physics of the offers to present.
