· Providing continuous guidance and support to clients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
· Effectively liaising with all stakeholders involved in the claim to ensure necessary rehabilitation services are appropriately supported and provided.
· Developing and implementing a diverse range of rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
· Consistently meeting all key performance indicators on a monthly basis.
· Collaborating with residents, nursing staff, and other allied health team members to deliver effective advice and treatment, ensuring optimal resident care.
· Contributing to the management of a comprehensive pain management program.
· Formulating, executing, and vigilantly monitoring healthcare standards and policies for both allied health and administrative staff to ensure best practices.
· Conducting thorough assessments of residents' mobility and capacity whilst designing interventions to maintain or enhance their mobility levels.
· Providing expert advice to residents on addressing both predisposing and maintaining factors related to their musculoskeletal injuries.
· Administering daily exercise and rehabilitation sessions to a diverse range of residents, promoting their physical well-being and recovery.
· Providing training and mentorship to junior health practitioners including other allied health practitioner and care staff.
