• Working with individual clients and couples supporting them in areas of embodiment, emotional regulation, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, sexuality and relationships.

Organise and Co-facilitate with ISTA (International School of Temple Arts) - the ISTA Level 1 and 2 training, and have run my own workshops.

• Organisation of weeklong trainings 1-2 times per year for up to 60 participants.
• Co-facilitating the training alongside two other facilitators. Have co facilitated this training 15 times.
• The training is a deep immersion in spirituality and sacred sexuality, with the aim of developing awareness, boundaries and personal empowerment.
• Have run many conscious connection style events, breath work events, yoga classes and coregulation events exploring the nervous system
• Have also assisted on many Mankind Project, mens initiation weekends.

• Pulse is a workshop venue, created in partnership with three others to create spaces for people to run embodiment, movement, conscious connection and sex positive positive workshops.

• For four years we worked together as a team to create a hub and community for Melbourne's embodiment community.
