• I served for Associated Electrical Corporation Ltd for almost 19 years and resigned as the technical officer, to pursue an independent carrier.
• I headed the refrigerator mobile workshop unit of the repair centre. This was an important unit hence AEC is holding a large slice of market share in the domestic, as well as the commercial refrigerator & deep freezer market.

• I specialized in YAMAHA Power Products, and was sent on training to YAMAHA Motor Company, Power Products Training Canter, Iwata, Japan. I received extensive training on both theory and practical knowledge of Diesel, Petrol and Kerosene engines (2- Stroke/ 4 Stroke), governor systems and brush less electric power generation and trouble shooting.

• I had the opportunity to expand my field of exposure from Refrigeration and air-conditioning to centrifugal water pumps, multi purpose engines, & electric power generators, as the company opened up a new service & after sales department for YAMAHA Power products. The job function included PDI inspection, after sales servicing, warranty claims, organizing service campaigns, ect.

• As a junior Forman I over looked the work of Technicians and provided on the job training for junior technicians.

• I handle workshop administration, from the beginning to the end of the process and ensured a smooth flow of work for in-house jobs. I over looked the process, which included receiving customer complaints, estimates, opening of jobs, invoicing and delivery.

• As a Field Technician, I attained to customer complaints, breakdowns and repair work, which gave me valuable exposure on on-site fieldwork.

• Mastered repair work on domestic refrigerators, deep freezers and bottle coolers. I was attached to the Company's Customer Care & Repair Centre.
