I'm SUNGJUN CHOI, who came to learn the cooking culture of a new country while currently studying cooking in Korea. I have been exposed to many dishes since I was a child, and I have gained experience in the workplace since I was 15. I worked at various stores because I wanted to learn various cooking skills at various places.
Especially in the military, I felt a lot of responsibility and pressure in this part, coordinating the staff according to each other while managing them. Through that experience, I felt that cooking skills and knowledge are important, but teamwork is also very important.
What I think is important is hygiene and cleanliness. No matter how good the food is, I think it's not a great kitchen if the kitchen is not in good hygiene.
I think this is a very important value, and what I can say for sure is that I can always keep it clean.
With my knowledge and experience, I want to have a good influence and achieve outstanding work results. I will try to be a person who plays a useful role in the workplace.
