Regularly work as a K-pop concert site, mainly translating for the team and coordinating other directors, staffs, artists. Had experience of 10 concerts including BlackPink, Twice and Straykids. Leveraged cultural knowledge and language skills helped translate content in fast and intended meaning, while maintaining cultural sensitivity.

Worked as an all-rounder but mainly worked as a cashier, as I am confident with providing friendly and quality customer service. As this store was popular among tourists, my knowledge in different cultures and language helped me to perform best team work and customer service. With the team, I implemented effective stock rotation strategies and arrangement to attract customers.

Working as a kitchen team at a busy sushi restaurant was a great choice for me as I have fast memory to memorise all recipes. I maintained high standards of food safety by regularly sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils to minimize contamination risks. Also worked closely with front-of-house staff to facilitate excellent customer service.

I worked as an all-rounder at a large Asian grocery store, communicating smoothly with various races of people. Was especially in charge of managing all stocks of the store and ordering needed stocks every week.
